We had water coming down from our attic when our AC ran for any length of time. Mike from Temprite came out and not only fixed the issue (blocked pipe work) he also managed in the attic for an hour in +100F weather. He explained the way the system was supposed to drain to me patiently and even checked our external units. Given how much water finally did drain out I am just grateful we got temprite out as otherwise I would be looking at repairing ceilings. A+ work and customer service. Temprite installed a humidifier at my house. In the past, they have made repairs on the furnace and air conditioning. I have used them many times over the past years. I received your letter, asking me to tell you about my experience with your company. In the world of customer service and business, people will always take the time to write if their experience is a bad one, but never for the good.
This is the exception to the rule. On 6/2/12, your tech Brian, was dispatched to my condo, as a result of a Groupon purchase. My A/C was not blowing completely cold, and Brian assessed my A/C unit.
Brian was honest, professional and made me feel comfortable. I have had other companies look at my A/C unit and they were like used car salesman. Not only was Brian honest, but he took pictures to show me step by step what he did. He even took pictures of the measurements before and after my unit was filled with freon and leak sealant. Brian was also very patient with my questions, even those that I repeated. Brian did not rush at all. He took his time to make sure that the job was done properly. He was VERY fair and reasonable with his price quotes. He got my unit back up to par for a VERY reasonable price. I will be even more thankful during the next few days, when the expected heat wave arrives.
I am sure that all of your techs are knowledgeable and courteous, but I will always request Brian, should the need arise in the future. Not only will I continue to rely on your company for my future needs, but I have already recommended you to my friends and family.

A few years ago, my husband and I bought a new house and needed to replace the air conditioning unit. My husband usually deals with these kinds of things, but with a new house and all the responsibilities, I had to help out. So I called Temprite, Heating and Cooling, to get information about scheduling and pricing for a new unit. I had passed their building many times on Adelphia road in Howell. Both the secretary and the technician were very patient with me, and explained the process clearly to me. They were very helpful. We scheduled an appointment that worked with my busy schedule and when the technician arrived he explained in more detail what was going to be done and about how long it would take. They made me feel very comfortable with an important purchase that I knew nothing about. They were very reasonable and friendly too! I would recommend them to my best friend, actually I have, and others too!

I have a home warranty for various systems in my home. I called my home warranty company when I was experiencing problems with my Heating System
at the end of October. The company sent Temprite, Heating and Cooling to my home. When the call was dispatched, I was immediately contacted by their secretary who scheduled the appointment. She worked within the hours that worked best for me and was overall very professional and flexible. When the technician arrived during the scheduled window of time, he reviewed with me my covered charges to ensure I was aware of items that may not be covered as well as the required deductible. He fixed the problem with the heat very quickly and was very knowledgeable, and professional. He discussed with me the issue with the heating system, how he fixed it, and suggested some preventative maintenance for the future. I would certainly ask for this company again in the future.

Fast and Friendly! I called my home insurance company to get my AC fixed and got a call back from Temprite right away. The lady was very nice but they were very busy as it was one of those 100+ degree days. Then she called me back and told me there was a technician in my area that finished a different job early! He came over and fixed my AC fast and it worked great the rest of the summer! If my heat goes out I am asking my insurance to send these guys! A++++ service and friendly people!

We were about to leave for vacation when we discovered our heat would not turn on. Temprite came right away and got the heat working again. Sal kept our dogs and dog sitters warm while we were away. Excellent work job, great service!
